Dr. Ryan Ho was born in Austin, Texas. His family moved to Taiwan when he was 3 years old to learn the language and culture of his roots. Then, his mom brought him back to the states in the 5th grade to further continue his academic endeavors. He began to realize his interest in dentistry and decided in the 9th grade that this would be his career when he grew up. He attended The University of Texas at Austin where he obtained a B.A. in Biology, minor in Business and graduated with Honors on the Dean’s List. He went on to complete his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Ho is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the American Academy of General Dentistry, and the Texas Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Ho strives to treat his patients the exact same way he would treat his own family through passion, education, and clear communication. He believes in catering to the patients’ needs with the best quality of care in a comprehensive approach. He enjoys giving back to the community through media such as mission trips, Texas Mission of Mercy, Haven for Hope, Habitat for Humanity, and The Ronald McDonald House. When he’s not “filling and drilling”, Dr. Ho likes to keep up with his Texas Longhorns, work out at the gym, play basketball, find the best food wherever he is, and travel around the world.
