Patient Care Coordinator

Trinity Dental is growing and is excited to announce a brand-new position which supports the success f its new practices. The New Practice Success Manager will be responsible for strategizing and executing the plan for new practices to hit their goals.

Functions will include execution of a marketing plan, new practice team member training, working with the doctor and the clinical staff. The position reports to the Director of Operations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Associate degree with 3+ years of dental experience
  • Knowledge of reporting in Eagle Soft

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Training new team members of the clinic both front and back on company policies and procedures
  • Market the clinic within the area at local businesses, school, daycares, retirement centers etc.
  • Implement policies and procedures in the new practice
  • Lead by example and coach team to provide exceptional patient experiences
  • Maintain focus on a productive schedule that supports dentists and hygienists as they deliver high-quality patient care and exceptional experiences.
  • Treatment planning patients  Assist patients with applying for credit and other financial assistance.
  • Coordinate daily team huddles, weekly team meetings, and quarterly practice business meetings.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, training, and annual performance reviews
  • Serve as the point person for office management duties including: 
  • Ensure that practices are presentable  Verify practice invoices
  • Clinical and non-clinical supplies ordering
  • Schedule team members to ensure adequate shift coverage and facilitate requests for time off.
  • Serve as the liaison between Trinity Dental – Corporate (Home Office) departments, including: Human Resources, Billing, Marketing, Supplies, Education, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Legal
  • Maintain protocols and guidelines as they relate to patient privacy (HIPAA) and team member safety (OSHA).
  • Assist in the interviewing, onboarding and training of new hires.
